Welcome to BloodPanda Diagnostics. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the BloodPanda website, mobile applications, and related healthcare services (collectively, the Platform).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the Platform.

1. About BloodPanda

BloodPanda Diagnostics ("BloodPanda", "we", "our", or "us") operates an online platform that enables users to:

These Terms apply to all BloodPanda websites, applications, and affiliated platforms.

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before any of the following occurs:

  • Sample collection
  • Test completion
  • Report generation

Once any of these events occurs, the order becomes non-cancellable.

Complaint Process

If you are dissatisfied with your test or report, you may file a complaint within 14 days of the test date.

Possible Resolutions

Following review, BloodPanda may provide:

  • Full refund
  • Free re-test
  • BloodPanda Wallet credit

Refunds may be declined if no issue is found.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 10–14 business days.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

BloodPanda does not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Virus-free services
  • Accuracy of third-party information

External websites linked from our Platform are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloodPanda shall not be liable for:

  • Direct damages
  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue using it.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BloodPanda, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of Platform services
  • Violation of applicable laws

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be:

  • Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
  • Resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, where applicable.

16. General Provisions

  • Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
